Hotel Residence Montelago

It’s a quiet hotel by the lake, although no coast is directly available. There’s a nice park almost next to it, might have some bathing options. It’s by a main road, you can get to the highway in 5 minutes and then to Milan. Breakfast was good, lots of options and some variation each day. Room was big, with a small kitchenette (no pots or cutlery though) and a table. Partner restaurant next door was very good, and a saver since options in the area are few on holidays or weekends.

Wonderful, helpful staff like in the best five-star hotels! Very nice and clean hotel rooms. Comfortable beds and clean linen, which is very important for me. Good location close to the lake. Tasty breakfasts and courteous service.

The rooms are big and clean. There is even a small kitchen area, but with no cooking equipment. The breakfast was great with a lot of choices. In front of the hotel there is big free parking space. The staff was lovely.

Beautiful hotel near the lake and a park. The hotel is new and the rooms are particular. It was comfy and well heated. The breakfast was good with a lot of choice and coffee from a real machine.

The staff is very friendly. Due to the closed road to Varese, we were late for check-in, but the friendly receptionist told us that he would wait for us as long as needed. The room is very comfortable and clean. Breakfast is OK.
